No Design? No Problem.
Don't have a design team? We do. Our in-house design team develops original styles each season — you choose the silhouettes, fabrics, and details that fit your brand, then we produce them exclusively for you under your label. ODM is ideal for brands that want a curated, ready-to-brand collection without the overhead of a full design process.

Tech Pack Development
Your Vision, Precisely Documented
A tech pack is the blueprint for your garment. Without a detailed one, factories guess — and guessing costs you time and money. Our experienced tech designers create comprehensive construction packages including CAD flat sketches, graded measurements, BOM (bill of materials), stitching specifications, hardware callouts, and care label requirements.

Sampling & Prototyping
First Sample in 25–35 Days
We offer a structured sampling process with clear milestones. From your approved tech pack, our pattern makers create the first prototype using your specified or recommended fabrics. You review, we revise. Most clients reach final approval within 2–3 rounds.

Full Production
MOQ 200 · Lead Time 60–90 Days
Once your sample is approved and purchase order confirmed, we move into production. Our factory runs dedicated cutting and sewing lines per order to maintain consistency. We source fabrics domestically and internationally, with access to wool mills in Biella (Italy), cashmere suppliers in Inner Mongolia, and technical fabric suppliers across East Asia.

Quality Control & Inspection
AQL 2.5 — Every Shipment
Quality is not an afterthought. We run AQL 2.5 random sampling inspections on every production run before garments leave the factory. For orders where your brand requires third-party verification, we coordinate with SGS, Bureau Veritas, and other accredited inspection agencies.
