We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and production proposals, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Tech packs, sketches, and product designs you share with us are treated as confidential business information. They are used only to evaluate and quote your project, and are never shared with other clients or third parties. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send design files.
Inquiry information is retained for as long as needed to serve your project and maintain our business relationship. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@jxapparelgroup.com.
Our website may use basic analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages visited, approximate region). This data is not used to personally identify you.
